Privacy Policy

PimpStock ("we", "us", "the Service") is a resale operating system for independent sellers — inventory, cross-listing, and shipping in one place. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We never sell your personal data and take no commission on your sales. For any privacy request, contact admin@pimpstock.com.

1 · What we collect

• Account & login information — your name, email, and password (passwords are stored hashed, never in plaintext).
• Inventory & sales data — the items, lots, costs, listings, sales, and shipping details you enter to run your business.
• Connected eBay OAuth tokens — when you connect eBay, the access and refresh tokens that let PimpStock act on your behalf.
• EasyPost API key — if you connect EasyPost for shipping labels, the API key you provide.
• Stripe billing identifiers — the customer/subscription IDs that link your account to your PimpStock subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe; PimpStock never sees or stores your full card number.

2 · How we use your eBay data

Connecting eBay is optional and uses eBay's official OAuth consent. With your granted consent, PimpStock uses the eBay API to manage your eBay inventory and listings on your behalf — syncing inventory and pushing the listings you choose to create. We request the minimum scopes needed, act only on what you initiate or enable, and never see your eBay password.

3 · How tokens & keys are stored

• Your eBay OAuth tokens and EasyPost API key are encrypted at rest (AES‑256‑GCM) and decrypted only server‑side at the moment of an API call.
• They are never shown back to the browser — once saved, a key is shown only masked, and tokens are never rendered to the page.
• You can disconnect eBay (or EasyPost) at any time from Settings, which removes the stored tokens/keys for your account.

4 · eBay account deletion / closure

PimpStock honors eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notifications. When an eBay user closes their account, eBay notifies PimpStock at our registered endpoint and we automatically purge the associated eBay tokens and identifiers we hold for that account. You may also request deletion of your PimpStock data directly at admin@pimpstock.com.

5 · Third parties we share with

We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate PimpStock, each receiving only what their function requires and acting under their own policies:

• eBay — to sync inventory and create listings you authorize.
• EasyPost — to rate-shop and buy shipping labels on your own account.
• Stripe — to process subscription billing.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6 · Data retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active. Secrets are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and everything is served over HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7 · Your choices

• Disconnect any connected service (eBay, EasyPost) from Settings at any time.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
