Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PimpStock ("we", "us", "the Service") — a resale operating system for independent sellers. We've written them in plain English on purpose. By creating an account you agree to what's below. If something here doesn't work for you, email admin@pimpstock.com before you sign up.

1 · Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Give us accurate signup information and keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your login.
• One subscription covers one business account. Seat limits per plan are listed on the pricing page.
• Tell us promptly at admin@pimpstock.com if you think someone else got into your account.

2 · Subscription & billing

• PimpStock is a flat monthly subscription. We take no commission and no cut of your sales — ever.
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until it ends.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Manage Billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Because you can trial the Service free and cancel any time, payments already made are generally non-refundable. If something went genuinely wrong on our end, email us — we'd rather sort it out than argue.
• We may change prices, but not without notice: existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change hits their plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

3 · Your data is yours

• You own your inventory, sales, cost, and customer data. We claim no ownership of it.
• You can export your data or delete your account at any time. We don't hold your business hostage — if you find a better tool for your operation, take your data and go.
• We access your data only to run and support the Service, and to keep it backed up and secure.
• How we collect, store, and share data is covered in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

4 · Connected accounts (eBay, EasyPost, and others)

PimpStock is built on an own-account model: you connect your marketplace and carrier accounts, and we act on them with your permission.

• Connecting eBay uses eBay's official OAuth consent. PimpStock acts only on what you initiate or enable, and you can disconnect from Settings at any time.
• Shipping runs on your own EasyPost account and API key. PimpStock never fronts, holds, or resells postage — you buy labels directly on your account, at your rates.
• You remain bound by each connected platform's own terms and policies. Nothing here overrides them, and a marketplace can suspend or restrict your account for reasons that have nothing to do with us.
• If a third-party API changes, rate-limits us, or goes down, features that depend on it may be delayed or unavailable. We'll do what we reasonably can, but we don't control those services.

5 · Acceptable use

Don't use PimpStock to:

• list, sell, or ship anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or that you don't have the right to sell;
• break a marketplace's rules, evade a suspension, or run accounts you aren't allowed to run;
• attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service or the APIs behind it;
• resell or white-label PimpStock itself without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that's actively causing harm — to other users, to us, or to our API access with a partner platform.

6 · What PimpStock is (and isn't)

PimpStock is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. It calculates, tracks, and files things away for you based on the numbers you enter and the data connected platforms return. It does not verify that those numbers are right, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment.

7 · Shipping, hazmat & compliance

You are the shipper. PimpStock flags likely hazmat items (such as lithium batteries), sets the carrier's hazmat flag so you get compliant rates, and shows you which handling markings generally apply — but correctly packing, marking, and declaring a shipment is your responsibility, and carrier rules change. When in doubt, check the carrier's current published requirements. We are not liable for rejected, delayed, seized, or penalized shipments.

8 · Taxes & financial figures

Profit, P&L, 1099-K threshold tracking, and expense categorization in PimpStock are informational tools, not tax or accounting advice. Numbers depend entirely on what you enter. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified tax professional before you file.

9 · Availability

We work to keep PimpStock up and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or retired as the product develops; if we retire something you depend on, we'll give reasonable notice.

10 · Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11 · Termination

You can cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment — normally after telling you and giving you a chance to fix it. On closure you can export your data; after a reasonable retention window we delete it.

12 · Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use PimpStock after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
